Monday – Refresher on family member vocabulary. Online activity for repetition/memorization. We will also add the numbers through 1,000,000.

Tuesday -Quiz over possessive adjectives and possession. Online activity practicing numbers for tomorrow’s quiz.  If time allows, review uses of estar with adjectives and locations.

Wednesday – Quizizz activity that will cover family vocab with possessive adjs and other uses of possession.

Thursday – Quizlet live with numbers, followed by quiz over numbers 1-1,000,000.

Friday – Estar with adjectives and location Quizizz.

Spanish 1 Week 25

Monday – No School

Tuesday – Family member Booklet Pronunciation portion…students will be asked questions about their project and are expected to respond appropriately. Grades will be based on proper pronunciation as well as accurate responses.

Wednesday – Continue with presentations of needed. Introduce possessive adjectives and possession.

Thursday – Quiz over possessive adjectives. Comparatives using gustar activity.

Friday – Introduce remaining vocab as well as numbers through 1,000,000.

Spanish 1 Week 24

Monday – Test Corrections from Friday’s test if necessary. Those who were absent will be taking their test today. Introduce Family Member Vocab if time allows.

Tuesday – Introduction of family member vocabulary if not able to accomplish yesterday. Begin rough draft of friends and family book

Wednesday – Continue with Friends and Family Book

Thursday – Oral Pronunciation grade using sentences from friends and family books.

Friday – No School

Spanish 1 Week 23

Monday – Review conjugations of regular verbs using the handout from last week.  We will also add additional vocabulary to the list. This will include the most commonly used regular verbs.

Tuesday – Oral pronunciation practice using newly learned vocabulary words in sentences with verbs that will be on test.

Wednesday – Quizizz Practice Test. This test will be used to create questions for the actual test.

Thursday – Review yesterday’s practice test putting emphasis on the areas where the most struggle was noticed. Review for tomorrow’s test.

Friday – TEST

Spanish 1 Week 22

Monday – Review conjugations of regular -ar verbs followed by introduction of regular -er and -ir verbs. This will include the most commonly used regular verbs.

Tuesday – Quiz over regular -ar verb meanings. Quizizz for practice using regular verbs.  Review -er and -ir verb meanings for quiz on Thursday.

Wednesday – Early release…classes that meet will be reviewed over weak areas from quizizz.

Thursday – Quizlet live over -er and -ir verb meanings. Quiz over -er and -ir verb meanings. Complete review from quizizz done on Tuesday.

Friday – Quiz over conjugations only of all REGULAR present tense verbs. After quiz, students will read aloud for oral pronunciation practice.

Monday – We will go over the Quizizz activity from Friday as. areview for Thursday’s Test. When we finish, we will review ser conjugations, tener conjugations, and regular -ar verbs.

Tuesday – Practice Test

Wednesday – Review Practice test from yesterday.

Thursday – Test

Friday – We will go over weak areas from the test taken yesterday. If time allows, we will begin review regular -er and -ir verbs.

Spanish 1 Week 20

Monday – No classes

Tuesday – Review Quizizz from last Friday. Once finished, we will continue with uses of estar combined with vocab (feelings/emotions)

Wednesday – Quiz over conjugations of estar. Introduce common vocab used with estar (adjectives of feelings/emotions)

Thursday – Quizlet live practice newly learned vocabulary. After quizlet live, we will take a quiz over vocab words used on quizlet live.

Friday Quizizz Test Review for next weeks Test over ser, tener, estar, and all regular present tense -ar verbs verbs.

Spanish 1 Week 19

Monday – No classes

Tuesday – Review Semester Exams/Cumulative Exam struggle areas. Focus on areas that are important for moving forward.

Wednesday – Review subject pronoun charts as well as conjugations of ser with adjectives and tener items possessed.

Thursday – Quiz over conjugations of ser and tener. Review  regular -ar verb conjugations and meanings of the first 15 we learned,

Friday Quiz over regular -ar verbs. Introduce estar.

Spanish 1 Week 17

Monday – Final review day for Cumulative Test – we will cover conjugations of tener along with possession vocabulary, regular- are verb conjugations along with the first 15 verb meanings we learned. We will finish with common vocab words students are expected to remember.

Tuesday – Quizizz practice test

Wednesday – Cumulative Exam

Thursday – We will dopronunciation portion of exam. Corrections will be assigned as homework to students with low exam scores if necessary. We will begin final exam review using weak/struggle areas from Cumulative Exam.

Friday – Complete Final Exam Review
